All rules below are for personal commissions. I retain the copyright for the image I paint for you. If you're a company asking about commercial inquiries, please send me an email so we can discuss.You agree to these terms and conditions as soon as you send payment. Both these terms and conditions and the prices for my commissions may be changed in the future.

How To Order

Send me an email with the word "commission" somewhere in the subject. Please include the following information:- Email to send payment invoice to:

- Detailed description of desired artwork:
- Any references:* If you aren't sure what type, I can tell you based off of your description.
* Don't have a character reference sheet? I can work from description and photos, but it might be an extra charge if the character is complex.I will email you back if I accept your commission to further discuss details and payment. I will request payment through PayPal and then start your commission. The process varies from piece to piece but you can usually expect me to send you intermediate pictures for the sketch, as well as other work-in-progress pictures as I color and shade. These work-in-progress pictures may be lower quality or watermarked if you do not pay 100% up front.It is best to request revisions and changes during the sketching phase. Large changes later on in the painting process may incur extra fees.When the piece is complete, I will send you the files through a file sharing service (such as google drive). You should download these files locally as I cannot guarantee to host them online forever. You will not receive a physical product, however you are welcome to print out the piece for personal use (see usage rules below).

Payment & Refunds

- I do all of my commission payment through PayPal. For anything that costs $75 or below, I only accept 100% payment up front. More expensive pieces can be 50% up front and 50% before the final piece is sent.- You can get a full refund if you request it before I start the sketch, and a partial refund if you request it after I start the sketch, but before I start painting. If for some reason I am unable to work on your commission you will receive a refund.- For payment, I will send you a PayPal invoice, which you should be able to pay with a PayPal account, or check, debit, or credit card. If PayPal sends you an email asking if the product has been delivered, select yes. You are not receiving a physical product and I have to mark it as delivered virtually on my side but sometimes they email for confirmation due to faults in their service.

Sharing / Usage

- I retain the copyright for the image I create for you. Do not claim it as your own or profit from it.- I reserve the right to post your piece online as part of my digital portfolio if I wish, or to record my drawing process for it to post online. If you would prefer I not share it or that I wait until a certain date to share it, please specify.- You may share the commissioned artwork online, but please ensure you only share the version with my signature. I prefer you credit me in text alongside it as well but the signature should suffice. Feel free to use it as a device wallpaper, profile picture, social media banner, etc. It can be used in, say, a monetized YouTube video as long as it is not the focus of the monetization.- You cannot sell prints of this work online for profit, or sell any variation of this work for profit. It is for personal usage only. You are permitted to print a copy for personal usage, though!- No crypto or NFTs. That is considered selling my work, which I do not allow.

What I Will Draw

- Will draw: humans and humanoids, creatures (both real and fantasy), portraits of you or your loved ones, couples/ships of any gender, fan art, mild gore- Will not draw: NSFW, imitations of other artist styles/artwork, fetishes, hateful art- Keep in mind I am primarily a humanoid character artist. I'm willing to draw other stuff such as furries but I can't guarantee the same level of quality due to little practice.- I may reject any order due to feeling uncomfortable with it for any reason.

Reposts

You can repost if you give credit!For giving credit: please link my account on whatever social media platform you post to (ex: if you repost to instagram tag my instagram @alartriss)If I don’t have an account wherever you repost to, link my deviantArt (alartriss.deviantart.com) or my twitter.Some notes:
- On sites like tumblr / twitter with a reblog / retweet function, use that instead of reposting.- If you include my artwork in a video on any site (ex. YouTube), include credit IN the video AND in the description. Please include my name in the video (either when the artwork appears or at the end of the video) and a link to one of my pages / the artwork in question in the description.
